ORDERS
Online orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days after the order has been placed.
Pre-ordered items are shipped once the product is available.
All customers are sent an advisory notice once an item has been shipped.
CANCELLATION
To cancel a recent order, send an email to info@portoro-interior.com at your earliest convenience.
Note: While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, our system is designed to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we can no longer cancel or accept change requests once an order has been shipped.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following modes of payment:
• Paypal
• Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only)
Upon checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal payment portal. Choose Use PayPal Balance if you wish to use funds from an existing account; or select Pay with Debit or Credit Card to use either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
Philippine Value-added Tax (VAT) is included in the prices of our products and will be shown in the billing statement at the end of your transaction.

SHIPPING
• Currently, we only ship to locations within the Philippines.
• Shipping fees are calculated during the check-out process and will be included in the final cost.
• Shipping Address Particulars
Upon making your purchase, please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Orders returned due to an invalid address will incur additional charges if or when reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
• Transit Times
For orders from Manila: shipping takes two to three business days upon shipment from our studio in Makati.
For provincial orders: expect your packages within three to five business days upon shipment from Makati.
• International Orders
For customers outside the Philippines, email us at info@portoro-interior.com so that we can discuss with you the best solution in terms of time and price for safely shipping products to your location.
Note that, depending on the country where you are, a customs fee may be charged upon arrival of your package.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.
POLICIES ON RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Be sure to inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. In the event that there are problems with your order (product damage or shipment of incorrect item), follow the steps below:
Send an email to info@portoro-interior.com within three (3) days of receipt with the claim number of your order as subject; attach photos of the damaged item(s).
Concerns will be reviewed within three to five business days upon receipt.
PORTORO will either send a replacement upon receipt of the original damaged order or offer credits to be used for a future purchase.
An advisory email will be sent with directions on how to return damaged items.
ONLINE PRIVACY
Online purchases via the PORTORO website are processed using the secure services of PayPal or PAYMAYA. All information (ie: name, home and/or office address, contact numbers, email, credit/account details) provided to PORTORO Interior Inc. at point of purchase or upon sign-up for newsletters and/or service updates store is regarded as strictly confidential and is managed in accordance with Filipino law.
All gathered information is stored internally within a secure information system.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations, you are entitled to the following rights: (i) right to be informed, (ii) right to object, (iii) right to access, (iv) right to rectification, (v) right to erasure or blocking, and (vi) right to damages.
